1. What it was and when it happened;
I’d like to talk about the time that(when) I…
b. 表示参加调差问卷的高分词汇有:take part in/participate/respond a survey or questionnaire
c. It was in my last year at high school, when I was shopping at a supermarket in the downtown.

2. Why it happened, where it happened and who were involved in it;
I was asked to answer some questions for …/ I was interviewed about …
It was happened on/ near to / next to/ beside/ across from / between/ in front of sth.
A young man, who was dressed in the white T-shirt and blue jeans, talked to me with big smile on his face.

3. What happened;
To start with/ at the beginning/at first
Immediately/ next/ then
After that/ following that,
In the end/ finally

4. Why the event was special and how you felt about it
表述感觉时要注意形容的变化,不要用老套的good/bad/interesting
Good: inspiring/ life-changing/wonderful/encouraging
Bad: horrible/ terrible/ disappointing/frustrating/embarrassing/guilty
Interesting: amusing/ fascinating/ enlightening

I’d like to talk about the time when I participated a survey unexpectedly. It was in the last year of high school, when I was shopping at a supermarket in the downtown. It was happened on the second floor of the supermarket, near to the snack shelves and the survey was conducted by the local TV station, who wanted to a program about family life of today. As I was picking up the peanut, my favorite snack, a man, who was dressed in white T-shirt with TV station logo on it and blue jeans, talked to me with big smile on his face. At first, he asked if I could answer some questions about family life for making a program. After he had taken out his staff card, I agreed. Then, he asked a lot of questions, such as who did the most housework at home, how often did you do the housework and what they were and so on. Finally, as soon as he finished asking the questions, I was given a ball pen as a gift for my response. While I was answering these questions, I felt very embarrassing, because I didn’t do house work often. I just usually took out the trash bag before I went to school. Besides, I hardly ever washed dishes and never did my laundry. And now, I have to say this was a life-changing survey for me, which reminded me that I was obliged to do more house work to reduce my parents’ work at home. If I hadn’t responded this survey, I wouldn’t have realized how guilty I was at that time.
